How often do you deliver
in my area?
As a general rule our deliveries are on a fortnightly
basis.
We will tell you your delivery day.
We will set up your fortnightly order with you,
take your address and delivery instructions.
What is the delivery charge?
We do not charge for delivery.
What is the
minimum order?
There is no minimum order. (You can order dozen
eggs and will pay exactly the price of dozen eggs)
How will
I pay?
You can pay cash or by cheque to your driver on
the delivery day.
You can send a cheque payable
to Roots Direct to our
address 82 Horsenden Lane North, Greenford,

Do I need
to order every time by internet or phone?
You do not need to phone or order online every
time. Simply tell your driver your standing order
and this will be delivered to you. Please phone
the depot if you wish to change your order.
Do I have
to stay at home and wait for my delivery?
You don't need to stay in to receive your delivery.
If no-one is at home, we will leave your order
in a suitable place and will come back later to
collect the money and take your order for the
next time.
I don't see
my area in your delivery areas list
If we do not currently deliver in your area, you
can leave us your e-mail address and we will contact
you as soon as we start delivering in your area. |
